     - Financial Information: Transaction and payment data are retained for 5 years for accounting and tax reporting purposes.
     - Technical Data: Log files and other technical data are stored for 1 year to ensure system security and analysis.
6.2. Security Measures. FlexChange Service implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

7. Sharing Information with Third Parties

7.1. FlexChange Service may share your personal data with:
     - Affiliated and Associated Entities of the Service.
     - Banking Partners and/or Payment Processing Providers: For payment processing services.
     - Services with which FlexChange Service Merge or that FlexChange Service Acquire: In such cases, FlexChange Service will require the new combined entity to adhere to this Privacy Policy concerning your personal data. If your personal data will be used contrary to this policy, you will receive prior notice and have the opportunity to opt out of such use.
     - In Other Cases as Provided by Applicable Law.

In this case, the Service undertakes, in accordance with the data subject's request, to block the User's Account and cease data processing or/and destroy the processed data within 5 days after the application is submitted, unless there is another basis for data processing.
9.4. The provisions of clause 9.3 do not apply to personal data related to completed transactions and personal data collected by the Service for the purposes of complying with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation. In this case, the Service has the right to retain such personal data and use it as provided in clause 5.1 of this Policy, as well as other Service Policies.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

FlexChange Service reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on the website. FlexChange Service recommend regularly reviewing the Policy for updates.
