The provisions of clause 9.3 do not apply to personal data related to completed transactions and personal data collected by the Service for the purposes of complying with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation. In this case, the Service has the right to retain such personal data and use it as provided in clause 5.1 of this Policy, as well as other Service Policies.
