What is Bitcoin?

The letter with a password or account registration has not received?
If you didn't get a confirmation letter within 24 hours starting from the time of registration. First of all you need to make sure that you entered the correct e-mail address. Try to go through the registration procedure again. If a message appears that the email address is busy, e-mail was entered correctly. Some mail services may perceive such letters as unwanted and mark them as spam or not delivered. Check the "Spam" folder. Also check your spam filter settings. How to make an exchange on your site?
To create an order, you need to select the exchange direction, specify the amount you want to exchange or receive, the account number which you want to transfer money from, the account number which you want to receive money, specify your e-mail and click the "Exchange" button. Which payment commission you have?
The payment commission of our service are already included in the exchange rate and are displayed at the exchange order creation stage. But the commission for the payment system are not included.

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders from Perfect Money and PayPal are processed automatically. Exchanges from Bitcoin, Litecoin and Dogecoin are performed by an operator in manual mode and takes from 5 up to 30 minutes after the payment on order is received, it depends on the workload of our operators.

How to track my order status if I've closed order status page?
Your order status may be tracked in the section "My Orders" in your FlexChange personal account. Also, if the order status changes, you will be notified by the e-mail, which you provided for this exchange order.

Is it possible to exchange a bigger amount that is indicated on the reserve?
Yes, it is possible. You need to contact the operator via Contacts page of our site and discuss the details of the exchange within the working hours. We will try to provide our reserves with the necessary means for your operation. You can also leave a request on the site to monitor the reserve. A notification will be sent to your e-mail as soon as we have the amount needed.

Is it possible to pay directly from the wallet?
Absolutely not. You can do it only through the application on the web-site. Direct payments will not be returned, we accept such payments as a donation.

I entered the wrong wallet number for receiving funds. What should I do?
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel confirmed payments. If the wallet number is incorrect, in this case the payment will not be received. Thus, you have to contact us, and we are going to return you the payment less transfer commission fees charged.

How many confirmations of transaction need to start an exchange?

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if you did not start to pay it. You can return your funds (minus a transfer fee) by writing to the online support service of our website, if the order is paid, but has not been completed yet. But the funds will not be refunded, if your order has been processed.

BTC transaction does not receive confirmations for a long time. What's the matter?
Confirmations of BTC transactions can have a delay for a long time. This happens for various reasons, from a small commission for miners to delays in the BTC network.
If you sent us a BTC for an exchange order, it is important that the system sees your transaction. In this case, the system will wait for confirmations, and the exchange rate will change until the required number of confirmations is received.
